Your Comprehensive Evaluation will include:
Health and Hearing History: There are numerous elements that can attribute to hearing loss. Heredity, noise exposure and infection are among the most common. Your medical history will give us some indication of what associated symptoms you may be experiencing.

Audiometric Evaluation: The hearing test will indicate the severity of your hearing loss, your ability to understand speech when presented at a comfortable level, and whether your hearing loss is attributed to your outer, middle or inner ear. Testing is completed in a virtually soundproof room to ensure accurate test results.
Consultation: All patients will be provided with an explanation of the test findings, their significance and rehabilitation options available.
Fitting Process: Upon deciding that you wish to be fit with hearing aids, the technology level, color and style will be chosen and a fitting time will be scheduled. At your fitting, counseling on use and care will be covered. We will also complete measurements to ensure that the hearing aids are appropriate for your hearing loss.
Follow-Up Care: Whether it is an annual hearing evaluation, questions about your hearing concerns or a maintenance check on your hearing aid, we are here to provide the best follow-up care necessary for your hearing needs.
